EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

M.A. from Vikram University, Ujjain.

L.L.M. from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University.

Enrolled with the Bar Council and worked in the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. Continued for about three years with seniors namely Shri Amarjit Singh Chandhiok, Sr. Advocate and Shri Lalit Bhasin, Advocate. Briefed seniors and also handled many cases in Delhi High Court and Supreme Court. Also got opportunity to conduct matters in the District Court as well as Labour Court, Indsutrial Tribunal and Central Administrative Tribunal.

Remained Secretary, Vice President and President of C.A.T. Bar Association, Principal Bench, New Delhi between 1989 and 1994. Also elected as Executive Member of the Supreme Court Bar Association in 2006.

Started independent working as partnership firm, namely- M/s. Stephen Jog & Co. with Ms. Susha Stephen (1108, Prakashdeep Building, Tolstoy Marg, New Delhi). Remained on panels as Additional Standing Counsel/Sr. Standing Counsel of many organizations, including Delhi Government, Central Government, Central Silk Board, Forest Research Institution, Indian Council of Historical Research (ICHR), Government Federation & Association like TRIFED AND FISHCOFED (Fishermen Co-operative Federation in Delhi High Court and Supreme Court.

Also remained Legal Adviser to the National Commission for Schedule Castes/Schedule Tribes (under Article 338 of the Constitution) in New Delhi. During the period, got opportunity to acquaint myself with various aspects of reservation for social underprivileged; including constitutional law and other associated statutory provisions.

Elevated as Member (Judicial), Central Administrative Tribunal, Bombay Bench on 7.12.2006.
