As Head and In-charge of Directorate of Research, Institute of Company Secretaries of India, dealt with establishment and service laws matter. Have dealt with establishment and service laws matters as Law Officer, Employees Provident Fund Organization, Ministry of Labour, New Delhi and was overall in-charge of all service- litigation in courts and CAT, including darfting and filing of pleadings and appearing in selected cases, conducting disciplinary inquiries and also acted as appellate authority in such matters. Have advised Department of Personnel & Training, Ministries of Defence, Railways, Post and Telecommunications which have large number of establishment and service laws matters. As Joint Secretary and Legal Adviser, in charge of Administration and Litigation and Chief Vigilance Officer, dealt with establishment and service laws matter. Have also done Diploma in Pesonnel Management in 1979 from Shri Ram Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources, New Delhi and secured Grade A with 75% marks and above, First Position in Merit and awarded Rs. 1000/- Merit Scholarship for Outstanding Academic Performance and Achievements.
