Born on 14.01.1950 at Ponugodu Village in Nalgonda District. Had his school education at his native place. Completed graduation and law degree from Osmania University. Post enrollment practiced law with the City Civil Courts as Hyderabad. Joined in State Judicial service as Munsiff Magistrate on 07.11.1985. Elevated to Higher Judicial service of State of Andhra Pradesh during May 2002. Served in various capacities including XVII Addl. Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, Special Judge for Trail of cases under the Essential Commodities Act-Cum-III Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, Nampally Criminal Courts. Took voluntary retirement on 01.06.2006 and joined as Judicial Member, Central Administrative Tribunal, Lucknow Bench on 07.06.2006. On transfer to Chennai Bench of this Tribunal, joined there on 02.07.2009 and worked till 03.09.2010. Joined this Bench of the Tribunal, on transfer, on 06.09.2010. On completion of the term, demitted office on 06.06.2011. On re-appointment, joined as Member Judicial on 22.09.2011 at Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench.
